This felt like one of those simple things that somehow gets made harder than it needs to be. For what it costs, I expected much better quality. It just doesn’t feel worth the price

We ordered a custom mattress for our RV, i’m not really sure what happened, but it just didn’t fit the way we expected. We measured twice before ordering, so I figured it would be close, but the corners were a bit off and it left some awkward gaps. For the price, I guess I was hoping for something more exact. Now we’re kind of stuck trying to make it work, which has been frustrating

At first, I actually liked the mattress. It felt comfortable enough, and I was happy with the purchase for the first several months.
But after about a year, it started sagging right in the middle, and now it feels uneven almost every night. I’m not a large person, so it was frustrating to see it break down that quickly. it feels like something that should’ve been preventable with better materials or construction.
For what I paid, I really expected it to last longer. I’m disappointed with how it held up, and I wouldn’t buy from Mattress Insider again.

I went on Mattress Insider because I was trying to find something for my weird little camper bed, i expected more options. After clicking around for a bit, it kind of felt like I was seeing the same few mattresses over and over...
I was hoping there’d be more firmness choices or better filters to narrow things down, but I kept landing on custom size pages that didn’t really let me compare much. Maybe I missed something, but it just wasn’t very easy to browse...
If you already know exactly what you need, it might be fine. For me, I was just trying to look around and figure it out, and I got frustrated fast. Ended up leaving and checking other sites instead..

My order didn’t ship when it was supposed to, and the updates I got were confusing. I kept having to check in to figure out what was going on, which got old fast. The delay ended up messing with my plans too, not ideal when you’re waiting on a mattress, of all things. Maybe the mattress itself is fine, but the shipping experience was really unreliable for me.

The mattress is okay overall. It fits well and feels decent, though it definitely took me a few nights to get comfortable with it. I wouldn’t say it’s amazing, but it’s not bad either. The most annoying part was having to deal with repeated verification stuff during the process, which felt unnecessary and kind of frustrating. In the end, it’s a average experience for me.

I tried reaching out to Mattress Insider a few different times about my order, am I missing something? It felt like my messages were just sitting there with nobody really keeping an eye on them. I waited days to hear back, and when I finally did, the response didn’t really answer much.
I ended up having to keep following up on my own, which got old quickly. Maybe the mattress itself will be fine, but the customer service part was frustrating in my experience.

I had to do an exchange, it took way longer than it should have. Even just getting a clear update felt frustrating. Support wasn’t much help either — I kept getting vague replies, and the whole thing dragged on for days over one small item.

For some reason, I just couldn’t get comfortable on it. It felt way too hard for me, and I ended up not sleeping well at all

I really wanted to like this mattress, but it just felt off from the start. Something about it was lumpy and uncomfortable, and I kept waking up sore like nothing had improved at all. I don’t know, it just wasn’t it for me. Definitely not worth it.

That was the whole reason I ordered it in the first place. Needed a specific fit. So yeah, it turned into a hassle fast. Disappointing, honestly. I don’t think I’d take a chance on custom sizing again

At first I was happy with it, but the edges just don’t hold up the way I expected. One minute I’m thinking it feels fine, and then I sit near the side and feel myself sinking way too much. It’s frustrating because the rest seems okay, but the edge support is a letdown.

I’ve set up a few things like this before, so I thought it would be straightforward, but this one took way longer than I expected. It was a bit frustrating trying to get everything working right

Right out of the box, this mattress had a really strong chemical smell. I figured it might fade after a day or so, so I left the windows open and let it air out for days, but the smell just stayed. It made the whole room stink, it gave me a headache every time I was in there. I couldn’t even sleep on it. Really disappointed, really not what I expected, and I wouldn’t buy it again
